When it came time for my wife and I to sell our condo, there was no hesitation in signing with Claudia and Jose. I was lucky enough to meet them several years ago when they helped my sister find a place to rent, since then they helped my family with the purchase and sale of a few properties both in and outside of Toronto. When we went to sell our condo we already had high expectations of the level of service we could expect from the duo, in typical Castillo + Pardo fashion they blew those expectations out of the water. They were able to sell our Condo at a price that far exceeded our optimistic projections, and made the experience as easy as possible for my wife and I. They laid out timelines and explained every step of they way so that we had peace of mind through the whole process. Their staging was so good it almost made us regret wanting to leave and were able to get us a painter for the condo at a rate way below market average.
